Dominic DOM Rodriguez

Dominic (DOM) Rodriguez professionally known as DOM is a certified Multi-Platinum Producer dating back to 2002. He is currently based in Los Angeles, CA as of 2017 after spending six years in Seoul, South Korea. He is currently actively producing music for successful artists worldwide with strongest focus in North America, Japan, South Korea, and emerging markets such as China.

In 2001, DOM began collaborating with a production team (PMG) based in Los Angeles, CA. Dom would continue to work with that production company for many years and go onto produce music and executive produce for several projects such as B2k, Omarion, Destiny’s Child and D12’s Bizarre. DOM continued to work from LA to NY where he had the excellent opportunity to collaborate with and be mentored by not 1 but 2 legendary composers and industry veterans of all sorts. With his mentors, DOM worked on many major artist projects in North America. Highlights include: LL Cool J, Michael Jackson (posthumous album), Lady GaGa, Snoop Dogg, B2K, and Jazmine Sullivan to name a few. DOM also produced a number of compositions that were featured on original music soundtracks for many major television networks shows & film projects such as CSI & 88 minutes.

In 2011, DOM shifted his focus to developing key relationships in international music markets, specifically in the Asia region. Since relocating to South Korea in 2011, he has secured key relationships with leading labels and publishers which have lead to great success in Asia with multiple commercially released projects and millions of records sold. Project highlights include:Girls Generation (SNSD), G.O.D, and the biggest boy group in Asia “Super Junior” on a hit single titled “Mamacita”. Other highlights include chart-topping hits for EXO, The E-Girls, Daichi Miura, THE RAMPAGE, Dream Ami, and many others

BRANDON CYRANO TATUM

A certified lawyer admitted to the California State Bar in 2008, Brandon “Cyrano” Tatum co-founded Audity Music. Based in Tokyo, Japan and Los Angeles, CA, Cyrano is Co-President/Global Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Audity Music. He focuses on catalogue acquisitions, business development, partnership development, deal negotiations and business governance for Audity Music worldwide with strongest focus in North America, Japan, South Korea, the U.K., and emerging markets such as China

Cyrano entered the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2004 and earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008 driven by his desire to protect creators and to develop a strong understanding of the legal and business aspects of the music business. Being a music artist/songwriter himself who has performed in multiple territories, he feels a personal passion and connection with creators. This same desire and passion for music from early childhood led him to further his legal education by moving to London and earning a Masters (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006-07. Before Audity Music, he was a former corporate law associate of the prestigious international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Los Angeles, CA, former in-house counsel at a Fortune 300 company in Long Beach, CA.

In 2013, Cyrano transitioned his career to Tokyo, Japan and began working closely with key players in the Japanese music industry following successes as an entertainment lawyer based in Los Angeles. Since moving to Tokyo, Cyrano has developed a powerful professional network throughout key music markets in Asia all while earning an international M.B.A. degree at GLOBIS University. He has helped clients place music with consistent chart-topping artists in Japan, Korea, and China, and he has secured major publishing deals for clients in Japan. Surprisingly, he can actually speak Japanese at a lower-intermediate level and is a valuable resource in that market. Despite holding three post-grad degrees from three top academic institutions in three different countries, Cyrano is always seeking to learn and grow.

Cyrano has worked with iconic, world-renowned and developing music artists, producers and songwriters on business development in multiple territories. He attends major international music conferences around the globe and extends consultation services not only to creators but also to corporate entities, such as music publishing companies seeking partners or business opportunities in foreign markets. Cyrano heads the Business and Legal Affairs department at Audity Music, participates in the acquisition and management of Audity’s amazing clientele, and even writes a song here and there in order to maintain his skills as a left and right-brained ninja lawyer!
